Steven Porter built Porterhouse SLED's public sector Workday practice from the ground up. He has guided modernization work across state and local government, with particular depth in city, county, and special district environments, including integrated ERP, asset, and utility billing work for water agencies.
COO & Founding Partner
John McGrath leads Porterhouse SLED's Adaptive from Workday practice for higher education and the public sector. A former Budget Director, he brings practitioner insight into how academic and public finance teams plan, forecast, and allocate resources, and he turns complex financial structures into planning systems that give teams clarity and agility.
CIO & Founding Partner
Stephanie Nadeau is a Workday Financials and Accounting Center solution architect who designs and delivers complex public sector programs. She brings finance, compliance, and operational data together so organizations reduce risk and gain transparency and control.
