Offering Public Sector finance modernization and led by the experts who defined it, Porterhouse SLED is a boutique Workday consultancy purpose-built for state and local government, water districts, and higher education. We’re founded by the leaders who shaped how these institutions modernize budgeting, accounting, and ERP.
Public sector finance teams are under more pressure than ever. They balance tighter budgets, higher accountability, smaller teams, and increasing scrutiny from boards, auditors, and the public. Yet most ERP and consulting models were never designed for this reality.
Porterhouse was created to change that.
We exist to help public sector organizations modernize without disruption, plan without uncertainty, and stay compliant without complexity—using Workday technology delivered in a way that actually works for SLED environments.
Porterhouse is not a generic system implementer. Every engagement is grounded in real operating experience, not theory.
We are a firm built by public sector practitioners, architects, and delivery leaders who deliver excellence.
Porterhouse’s leadership team brings deep, complementary expertise across the Workday ecosystem:
